Advertising, catalogues and promotions alike were all inspired by the Ianiro "Redhead" associated with similar-coloured fruits, female models and other characterising features that evoked the Ianebeam's unique colour. Shortly afterwards, and in line with that same theme, also the more powerful 2kW quartz-iodine 'Ianebeam' light was dubbed "Blonde" for the mustard-blonde tone of its protective top coat finish.
